<p>5 ovos separados<br>
1/3 de xícara de açúcar<br>
1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo<br>
1 pitada de sal</p>
<p>Recheio</p>
<p>1 lata de leite condensado cozida na pressão ou doce de leite a sua escolha (reserve um pouco para passar em cima do rocambole pronto)<br>
Granulado opcional</p>
<p>Acessório<br>
Assadeira de 20 x 30 cm untada com manteiga e forrada com papel-manteiga untado</p>
<p>modo de preparo</p>
<p>Aqueça o forno em temperatura média por 10 minutos. Bata as claras até obter picos firmes. Sem parar de bater, junte o açúcar aos poucos. Ponha as gemas, uma a uma, e bata até a mistura ficar cremosa e homogênea. Peneire a farinha misturada com o sal sobre o creme e misture delicadamente. Despeje na assadeira e asse por 20 minutos ou até que, apertando levemente com o dedo, não fique marca. Deixe esfriar. Retire do forno. Forre uma superfície com um pano. Polvilhe-o com o açúcar. Desenforme o bolo sobre o pano, retire o papel que foi usado para assá-lo e acerte as bordas com uma faca. Use uma espátula para espalhar o doce de leite.Com a ajuda do pano, comece a enrolar a massa, delicadamente, sem pressionar demais. Ao final, passe o doce que foi reservado e cubra com granulado. Sirva em seguida.</p>

<p>1 pote de iogurte integral<br>
1 litro de leite integral<br>
1 vasilha com tampa e um pano limpo e seco</p>
<p>Preparo:</p>
<p>Coloque na vasilha o leite e o iogurte e misture. Tampe como o pano e depois encaixe a tampa. Coloque em lugar onde a temperatura seja morna, eu coloquei em cima do armário, mas depois passei para o forno do meu fogão porque é um local onde é mais aquecido. Nesse frio demora mais um pouco por isso acho melhor no forno (desligado). Deixe de 8 a10 hs. Mas como disse se a temperatura estiver muito frio, tive que deixar um dia todo. Mas não se preocupe vc pode ir acompanhando como vai ficando. Depois de pronto coloque em geladeira e adoce quando quiser pode usar adoçante ao seu gosto ou açucar .Dura 1 semana, mas com esse frio que está fazendo aqui em São Paulo ficou 2 semanas.<br>
Mas pode ser que vc não resista e acabe com tudo antes, rsrs.</p>
<p>Obs:</p>
<p>Pode se usar pote de iogurte integral com sabor, mas eu não testei.<br>
E também substituir o leite integral por desnatado, mas não engrossa tanto, o iogurte fica mais ralinho.</p>

<p>Ingredientes:</p>
<p>1 xícara de leite<br>
1 xícara de óleo de soja<br>
1 1/2 xícara de fubá<br>
1 xícara de açúcar<br>
3 ovos<br>
1 xícara de farinha de trigo<br>
1 colher de sopa de fermento<br>
Goiabada cortada em cubos passadas em farinha de trigo</p>
<p>Preparo:</p>
<p>Coloque os ingredientes na ordem no liquidificador menos o fermento.<br>
Bata por 3 minutos, acrescente o fermento e misture um pouco.<br>
Coloque a massa em assadeira untada e enfarinhada, adicione a goiabada levemente. Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido 180 graus, asse por 30 minutos em fogo médio.<br><br> Pronto pra um cafezinho!<br>

Depois junte todos os ingredientes inclusive a gelatina, bata tudo no liquidificador por alguns minutos.<br>

6 ovos<br />
3 xícaras de farinha de trigo<br />
2 xícaras de açúcar<br />
1 xícara de chá de leite<br />
3 colheres de sopa bem cheias de margarina<br />
essência de baunilha á gosto<br />
1 colher de sopa cheia de fermento em pó<br />

400 ml de chantili<br />
2 latas de leite condensado<br />
2 sucos em pó sabor morango<br />
2 bandejas de morangos<br />

Preparo massa:<br />

Bata na batedeira as gemas com a margarina e o açúcar,até ficar uma mistura. Junte aos poucos o leite e a farinha alternadamente,acrescente a essência reserve. Bata as claras em neve bem firme,junte as claras com a massa reservada misturando sem bater junto com o fermento. Unte uma forma e enfarinhe (usei uma forma retangular grande), leve ao forno médio pré aquecido, por 35 minutos.Reserve<br />

Bata na batedeira o chantili junto com o leite condensado e o suco em pó de morango, logo chega numa textura bem firme mas cremosa como um musse. Com os morangos limpos e picados pela metade reserve<br />
alguns para decorar se quiser.<br />

Montagem :<br />
<br />
Corte o bolo ao meio umedeça com calda ou refrigerante de guaraná de sua preferência as duas partes do bolo,em seguida recheie uma das partes espalhando todo o musse e depois por cima os morangos.<br />
Cubra com a outra parte de bolo cubra com o chantili e decore á gosto. Muito saboroso este bolo você vai adorar!<br />

DICA: Mudando o sabor do suco em pó você tem outras opções de sabores.Como abacaxi, pêssego, maracujá, limão etc.. E ainda usar as frutas de acordo com o sabor do suco caso desejar!<br />

Ingredientes:<br />

1/2 k de mandioca<br />
3 a 4 ovos<br />
1/ 1/2 de açúcar<br />
2 copos americanos de farinha de trigo<br />
3 colheres cheias de margarina<br />
1 copo americano de leite ou até dar ponto de massa de bolo (não fica muito dura)<br />
1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó<br />

Preparo:<br />
<br />
Cozinhe a mandioca na panela de pressão com água até cobrir por uns vinte minutos ,desligue depois de<br />
sair a pressão escorra e amasse como um purê. Já numa tigela coloque os ovos ligeiramente batidos, a margarina, o açúcar e o leite misture bem, acrescente a farinha de trigo e incorpore tudo junte o fermento misture um pouco. Leve em forma untada e enfarinhada no forno médio por 30 minutos ou até que espetando um palito este saia limpo, ele não doura então fique atenta,( também é aconselhável esperar até que esfrie um pouco; porque ele fica meio mole e super quente,mas depois de frio a consistência muda). Você pode fazer em qualquer forma, de furo central; retangular, redonda eu fiz em forma retangular grande porque gosto dele fininho assim.<br />

Bata o chantilli reserve 3 colheres do mesmo para o recheio.<br />

Recheio:<br />
Coloque o brigadeiro em um recipiente,junte o chantilli ,misture bem e recheie o bolo. (se for fazer o seu brigadeiro use ele bem frio)<br />

Cubra o bolo com o restante do chantilli e espalhe por cima o chocolate ralado e decore com alguns pedacinhos de chocolate.<br />
Ainda fiz uns 4 brigadeiros e coloquei em cima, na verdade tinha quatro pessoas em casa,cada um pegou o seu, rsrsrsrs !<br />

Coloque no liquidificador o óleo, o leite, os ovos, o chocolate e o açúcar. Bata bem até ficar misturado. Acrescente a farinha de trigo e bata novamente (não precisa bater muito, só até misturar). Acrescente o fermento e misture levemente, não precisa bater. Eu uso a tecla Pulsar do liquidificador. Coloque a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada (pode ser forma com buraco no meio ou não). Leve para assar em forno médio por mais ou menos 30 minutos. Nos primeiros 20 minutos não abra o forno. Depois que ele estiver crescido, enfie o palito, se ele sair limpo, está bom. </div>

Em uma tigela pequena, junte o broto de alfafa e a cenoura. Misture e tempere com o molho de salada italiano. Para fazer o homus, pré-aqueça o forno a 180°C. Embrulhe a cabeça de alho em papel-alumínio e asse por cerca de 1 hora. Retire, deixe esfriar, separe os dentes, amasse, retire as cascas e pique bem fino. Bata no liquidificador o alho com o grão-de-bico e o restante dos ingredientes. Espalhe o homus nas torradas. Arrume por cima o abacate, o tomate e a mistura do broto de alfafa com a cenoura. Salpique o sal e a pimenta.</div>

Reserve. À parte, bata no liquidificador os ovos, o suco de laranja, o leite, a margarina e o açúcar. Em seguida, junte o preparo à farinha de trigo e ao fermento e mexa vagarosamente. Depois, acrescente a essência de panetone, as gotas de chocolate e mexa até formar uma massa homogênea e as gotas ficarem separadas. Divida a massa em três partes iguais, acomode-as nas formas para panetone e deixe crescer por 1 hora ou até dobrarem de volume. <span style="color: #999999; font-family: arial; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px;">Em uma batedeira coloque os ovos, o açúcar e a manteiga. Bata até ficar uma mistura bem fofa e cremosa. Adicione o mel e a essência de baunilha e continue batendo. Peneire a farinha de trigo, o fermento e o bicarbonato de sódio. Acrescente os ingredientes secos, intercalando com o creme de leite. Não bata muito, somente até incorporar os ingredientes. Desligue a batedeira e misture manualmente o chocolate picado, as nozes e o Ovomaltine®. Divida a massa em forminhas de cupcakes e leve-as ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC por aproximadamente 25 minutos ou até assar totalmente. </span><br />
